Flooring contractor Kenny Azevedo has the experience and expertise to take any residential & commercial flooring project from plan to completion. With over four decades of experience in general construction, he is a seasoned professional who has worked in the industry since 1975. Mentored by his father and older brother, Kenny boasts an extensive range of skills and knowledge, including residential and commercial carpentry, fine custom cabinetry, concrete, plumbing, hardwood and all types of flooring, and more. But his passion is for flooring!
In addition to his construction and flooring expertise, Kenny has honed his customer service experience, working with reputable companies such as Cobblestone Homes Development and DuPont Flooring Systems as a customer service assistant and lead manager. He achieved the flooring specialist level in 1998, when he represented his company as a quality assurance inspector. Kenny supervised installations and repairs for his workers and licensed installers, and his laser-focus on the needs and expectations of his customers has enabled him to become a trusted name in the flooring industry.

To kick off the process, Azevedo Flooring begins with a casual over-the-phone evaluation of your specific interests and project scope. This step enables us to determine if we are the right fit for your project or not and will help us determine the best next steps.
Onsite Appointment for Inspection and Measurement
We proceed to schedule an onsite appointment, where our team will conduct a thorough inspection and take precise measurements. During this visit, we actively take note of your needs, consider your budget, lifestyle, and priorities to ensure we offer the best possible solutions.
Personalized Flooring Selection
Prior to preparing a proposal, we go the extra mile to help you find the ideal flooring product that best matches your lifestyle and budget. With many years of sales experience, we guide you through a range of options, providing expert advice to ensure you make an informed decision.
Proposal Finalization
Once the best flooring solution has been identified, we move forward with finalizing the proposal. We will arrange a follow-up meeting, during which we will present you with a detailed agreement. Additionally, we collect payment for materials, including a 10% labor deposit, to streamline the ordering process.
Seamless Installation Process
As soon as the materials are shipped and received, we set up convenient installation dates and begin the flooring installation. Throughout the entire installation process, we maintain a high level of organization and efficiency, ensuring a clean and well-managed job site. To keep you in the loop, we provide regular updates at the end of each day, making sure you are informed every step of the way.
Thorough Walk-through and Maintenance Instructions
Upon completion of the project, Azevedo Flooring arranges a comprehensive walk-through with you, our valued customer. During this walkthrough, we address any questions or concerns you may have and provide you with detailed maintenance instructions and valuable tips on how to care for your new floor.
